Carter’s Crossing is a 67-acre code of development community that was developed in three phases. J2 provided survey, final engineering, and construction administration for the 176 lots within the residential development.

Grading studies performed in conjunction with the layout planning along with strategic use of retaining walls to mitigate the extreme terrain and avoid environmental impacts.
THE CHALLENGE
Vast differences in high and low elevations such as steep slopes and adjacency to environmentally sensitive areas such as an on-site stream and wetlands.
