WASTEWATER PLAN
J2 provided survey, planning, and design services to Van Metre Homes for the Cunningham Farm subdivision. Our team has assisted with a preliminary engineering report for upgrades to the water system, which proposes connecting new wells to a new water treatment facility to provide increased flow and better water quality to the community. J2 has also prepared final design plans for the development of the water treatment plant site and wells.

J2 prepared multiple options for review by the client developer and the water authority, balancing each entity’s requests while reconciling the final design within the budget.
THE CHALLENGE
The sewage pump station and wastewater treatment plant represent the initial phase of a future residential neighborhood. J2 was faced with reconciling the two different visions of the water facilities for the client – a residential developer and the water authority.
